Ensure supply and comfort on board

Supply and comfort on board depend on suitable connections, material compatibility and the correct flow rate.

For drinking water products, you should look for appropriate approval. For gas, safety comes first.

This keeps the system tight, clean and reliable.

Deine Fragen / Unsere Antworte

What filter fineness do I need as a pre-filter for my pressurized water pump?
For pump protection, a filter fineness of 20 to 50 micrometers is usually sufficient. Finer cartridges increase flow resistance and can reduce the pump's flow rate.
Are all filter housings suitable for drinking water?
No. For drinking water, you need housings and cartridges with a corresponding drinking water approval – explicitly look for this label when purchasing.
How often do I have to change the filter cartridge?
At least once per season, or more frequently if the water quality in the tank is poor. A noticeable drop in water pressure at the tap is a sure sign that the cartridge should be replaced.
What do I need to consider when winterizing my water filter?
Completely empty the filter, remove the cartridge, and store the housing dry. Stagnant residual water in the housing quickly leads to germ and mold formation over the winter.
