Important information regarding returns:

  • Return shipping is at your own expense . Please ensure your package is adequately stamped. Packages sent without sufficient postage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

  • The return should reach us within 14 days of cancellation .

  • Please ensure secure packaging to avoid damage during transport.

  • Ideally, please include a copy of the order confirmation or invoice in the package so that we can correctly process the return.

Return policy:

  • The goods must be in unworn, unused and undamaged condition .

  • Labels and original packaging should be included if possible.

  • We reserve the right not to refund returns after the cancellation period has expired or in the case of damaged/already used goods, or to refund them only partially.

Refund:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price via the payment method you selected when placing the order – only the value of the goods, but not the original shipping costs , unless the entire order has been cancelled.
