We regret that you are not completely satisfied with an item. You are, of course, entitled to return it within the scope of your statutory right of withdrawal.

Important notes on return shipping:

  • Return shipping is at your own expense. Please sufficiently frank the parcel. Unpaid shipments (insufficiently franked returns) will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

  • The return should reach us within 14 days after withdrawal.

  • Please ensure secure packaging to avoid transport damage.

  • Ideally, include a copy of the order confirmation or invoice in the package so that we can correctly assign the return.

Conditions for returns:

  • The goods must be in unworn, unused, and undamaged condition.

  • Labels and original packaging should be included if possible.

  • We reserve the right not to refund or only partially refund returns after the withdrawal period or for damaged/already used goods.

Refund:

Once your return has been received and checked, we will refund the purchase amount to you via the payment method you selected when ordering - exclusively the value of the goods, but not the original shipping costs, unless the entire order has been cancelled.
