Reliable Stern Tube Bearing: The Vetus Type RL rubber bearing guides the propeller shaft smoothly and securely – water-lubricated and vibration-damping. The robust brass casing ensures a precise fit in the stern tube and a long service life, even under continuous stress.

Tip: For easier installation, lower weight, and easier replacement, Vetus also offers the Type RL with an outer casing made of reinforced phenolic resin – this does not corrode and is particularly easy to remove from the stern tube.
