Deine Fragen / Unsere Antworte
- If I order several metres, will I receive a continuous piece or will sections be joined together?
- You will generally receive a continuous piece in the length you ordered. Any exceptions will be noted in the respective product description – please refer to the information on the delivery form there.
- How much allowance should I factor in for hoses and profiles?
- As a rule of thumb: order at least 10–15% more than the calculated measurement. Connections, clamps, knots, or edging require more material than one might initially expect.
- How do I know if a hose is suitable for fuel, water, or wastewater?
- This information can be found in the product data sheet under "Area of application" or "Media resistance". Never use a hose outside its specified use – material approval is particularly safety-relevant for fuel.
- How should I store goods sold by the metre correctly so that they don't age prematurely?
- Store hoses and rubber profiles loosely rolled up and not folded to prevent kinks. Keep textiles dry and dark – direct sunlight weakens the fibres even when not in use.
