Reliable bearing for your propeller shaft directly in the stern tube: The Vetus RULAG rubber bearing guides the shaft smoothly and with low maintenance – lubricated solely by the surrounding water. The brass outer casing ensures a stable, corrosion-resistant connection in the stern tube.

Tip: When pressing in the bearing, ensure that the longitudinal grooves of the rubber guide are aligned with the water flow – this ensures optimal cooling water lubrication from the start. Alternatively, Vetus also offers the same bearing type with an outer casing made of reinforced phenolic resin: lighter, rust-free, and particularly easy to replace.
