Specifically designed for marine use, all essential parts are made of stainless steel or seawater-resistant plastic. A special seal reliably prevents gas loss, thus ensuring a long service life even under the harshest onboard conditions.
Important: During installation, the piston rod must always point downwards – only then can flawless function and full service life be guaranteed. To calculate the maximum permissible weight of the hatch to be lifted, consider the manufacturer's data on force (F in N), weight (G in N), and hatch width (W in mm) according to the Vetus table.
