Where the exhaust path becomes narrow and requires curves, the Vetus SLANG shows its strengths: thanks to a particularly large number of spiral windings and a flexible rubber compound, it can be easily laid and remains dimensionally and temperature stable. The smooth inner lining keeps the exhaust back pressure low – good for the engine, good for the life of the entire exhaust system.
Tip: An exhaust manifold with an outer diameter of 57 mm can be easily connected to a 60 mm Vetus hose – the same principle applies to the 45 mm hose: choose the next larger nominal diameter if the manifold is just below the internal hose dimension.
