Your existing rudder angle sensor already provides reliable data – the YDRA-01N brings it into the NMEA 2000 network. The Yacht Devices adapter connects resistive rudder angle sensors as well as sensors with 0-5V output to the NMEA 2000 bus, thereby providing autopilots, chartplotters, and other displays with precise rudder angle data. No modifications to the existing sensor, no special software needed.

Tip: Configuration and firmware updates are conveniently done via the Micro-SD card – a simple text file with the desired settings is all it takes. This way, the adapter can be updated later without interfering with the network.
