Reliably protect your Yanmar drive from galvanic corrosion: This zinc anode from BAC is specially designed for Yanmar engines and screws directly onto the 5/8" threaded shaft. Sacrificial anodes are an essential protective measure for every boat – regularly replaced, they prevent expensive drive components from corrosion damage.

Tip: Do not apply grease or sealant to the thread when screwing it in – the electrically conductive connection between the anode and the component must remain unhindered for the protection to work.
