Lead cables neatly, tightly, and permanently through the deck or superstructure – without drilling blindly: The Scanstrut DS-H6 is a waterproof cable gland for horizontal mounting that securely routes cables from 2 to 6 mm in diameter indoors. Thanks to clever clamping technology, you can disconnect or reinsert the cable at any time later, without having to unscrew the gland from the surface.

Tip: Thoroughly degrease the sealing surface before installation and additionally embed it with a marine-grade sealant (e.g., Sikaflex) – this will ensure the connection remains permanently sealed even with strong sunlight and temperature fluctuations.
