PSS Maintenance Kit for 1" Shaft
To ensure your PSS shaft seal remains reliably sealed: This original maintenance kit contains all wear parts that should be replaced during the recommended bellows replacement every 6 years. Instead of searching for individual parts, you'll have everything needed for servicing right at hand.
Important notes: a) In areas where unsealed batteries emit sulfuric acid vapor, as well as with ozone exposure, the bellows must be inspected more frequently, as both accelerate rubber aging. b) The set screws may only be used once: Two screws are located in each hole in the stainless steel rotor – the first secures the rotor to the shaft, the second secures the first. The pressed-on locking ring deforms during tightening, thus ensuring a secure hold.
