Wherever ropes, lines, or fittings chafe against the hull or superstructure, visible abrasion will eventually occur. The transparent anti-chafing patches from PSP adhere invisibly to the vulnerable area and absorb the wear – before it reaches the laminate or gelcoat.
Tip: Thoroughly clean and degrease the adhesive surface before applying the patch – this ensures the film lasts and can be smoothly rolled on without air bubbles.
