Thanks to its snap-action mechanism and trip-free operation, it reliably disconnects before wire protection becomes an issue.

For safe installation, you need the appropriate socket from the Philippi range – make sure to use the special holder for ETA circuit breakers, as commercially available automotive blade fuse holders are mechanically compatible but not always designed for the rated load.
