A small component with a big impact: The Johnson Pump vacuum valve reliably protects your engine from water flowing back through the cooling system and causing expensive damage. It opens even with minimal negative pressure – equivalent to a water column of just 3–5 cm – and remains sealed during normal operation.

The valve must not be exposed to oils or greases. If soiled, clean or replace immediately – a soiled valve can neither open nor close reliably. The maximum ambient temperature is 60 °C.
