Where water needs to pass through the hull in a controlled manner, only one material counts: bronze. The Guidi thru-hull fitting made of red brass combines longevity with reliable sealing – and ensures that cooling water, bilge lines, or sanitary connections are safely routed through the hull.
Tip: Seal threads during installation with a marine-grade thread sealant or PTFE tape and combine the thru-hull fitting with a seacock or ball valve – this way, the passage can be quickly shut off in an emergency.
