Safely stowed gas bottles on board are not an option, but a must – this built-in gas locker from Gotthardt fulfils precisely this requirement. The white box for bulkhead mounting safely accommodates the gas bottle and discharges escaping gas in a controlled manner to the outside via an integrated ventilation nozzle. Thanks to conformity with ISO 10239, you are on the safe side.

Tip: When installing, make sure that the ventilation nozzle is directed downwards or towards the stern, so that escaping gas – which is heavier than air – is reliably discharged and cannot accumulate in the cockpit or below deck.
