Cooking, baking, and grilling on board – all in one unit: The Eno Grand Large combines two powerful gas burners with a full-fledged 19-liter oven including a grill function. The cooking center, made entirely of stainless steel, is robust enough for continuous use at sea, transforming the galley into a true ship's kitchen.
Tip: When installing, ensure the cooker receives sufficient ventilation from below and behind – this extends its lifespan and improves baking quality. Suitable accessories for roll compensation (gimbaled suspension) are available from Eno.
