Included in the package is a lever fork, which also serves as a versatile tool for lifting other accessories. The pan can be easily wiped clean or washed in warm soapy water and is dishwasher safe.
When cooking, silicone tools or wooden utensils should always be used to avoid damaging the Teflon non-stick coating.
The holes around the edge of the pan may be covered, as this blocks the airflow necessary for the proper operation of the COBB grill.
