To ensure your starter battery always stays fully charged: This battery isolation relay from Blue Sea Systems automatically disconnects the starter battery from the house batteries as soon as the engine is turned off. No current flows when idle – and when starting the engine, the Start Isolation (SI) reliably protects the sensitive onboard electronics from voltage spikes.

Tip: Size the connecting cables appropriately for the continuous output of 65 A and keep the cable runs as short as possible – this reduces voltage drop and heat generation.
