Drop anchor, don't fiddle: This ready-made anchor rode from Gotthardt combines high-quality braided rope with a directly spliced chain leader – no knots, no shackles, no weak points. Completely pre-rigged, it goes straight onto the winch or into the anchor locker.
Tip: When stowing it in the anchor locker, make sure the chain leader doesn't rest on the rope part – this avoids unnecessary abrasion. After anchoring in saltwater, rinse the rode with fresh water to protect the fibers in the long term.
