Gusts, currents, and waves mercilessly tug at the mooring line – the Unimer Shock Absorber Classic absorbs these shocks before they stress cleats, bollards, or the hull. The robust element made of seawater-resistant EPDM rubber elastically dampens peak loads, thus protecting the boat, pontoon, and ropes equally.

Tip: Choose the length according to the boat size – the longer the damper, the more travel and damping effect. For larger vessels, it is recommended to use two shock absorbers, one for each mooring line at the bow and stern.
