Don't match? With the Ultraflex K56, you can connect a C2 type shift cable on the engine side to the C8 connection geometry – without modifying the rest of the steering system. The kit creates the necessary compatibility between two common Ultraflex cable standards directly on the Mercury or MerCruiser drive.

Tip: Before installation, check whether the existing C2 cable meets the correct length and outer sheath specification for the respective Mercury/MerCruiser connection – this is the only way to ensure a snug fit of the adapter.
