Maintain full control, even when your hydraulic steering is under pressure: The Ultraflex bypass valve BY protects your hydraulic system from pressure spikes and allows you to manually bypass the steering pump – for example, when towing or during maintenance. It is integrated directly into the hydraulic line of the steering pump and thus performs an important safety function.

Tip: When towing, always open the bypass valve before moving the rudder – otherwise, the steering pump can be damaged by the resulting back pressure.
