Routing cables neatly, watertight, and permanently through the deck, superstructure, or bulkhead – the Scanstrut DS-series does exactly that. Thanks to IP68 certification, it can even withstand continuous submersion, reliably protecting against water ingress into the boat's interior. The clever three-screw system allows installation even with a pre-assembled connector on the cable.

Tip: Thoroughly degrease the sealing surface before installation. For added security, a thin bead of marine sealant under the flange is recommended – this ensures the gland remains watertight even with significant deck flexing.
