Sealing cable connections and terminals on board reliably – that is the core task of this self-amalgamating tape from Oceanflex. When wrapped, the elastic polyisobutylene tape fuses with itself into a homogeneous, seamless mass that permanently keeps out moisture, saltwater, and vibrations.

Tip: Lightly degrease the area to be wrapped before application. Apply tape with approximately 50% overlap and slight tension – this is the only way it will fully amalgamate and form a seamless protective layer.
