Thanks to adjustable airflow, you can reach peak temperatures of up to 300 °C – and just as easily reduce the heat again. The new Griddle+ grill plate is included for even heat distribution directly on the food.

Tip: Use charcoal briquettes instead of normal charcoal – they last longer and produce more even heat, which is particularly practical on the water.
