Clean data communication starts with proper termination: The termination resistor for the WhisperPower Whisper-Connect system ensures that the CAN bus data line is correctly terminated at the end of the cable. Without it, reflections and transmission errors can disrupt the entire onboard network.

Tip: Every CAN bus requires exactly two termination resistors – one at each end of the segment. Check whether the first device in the chain already has an integrated termination resistor before adding a second one.
