Charge two battery banks simultaneously – without them discharging each other. The Victron Argodiode 80-2AC cleanly separates starter and consumer batteries via a diode block and distributes the alternator's charging current to both banks, fully automatically and without switching.
Tip: Diode isolators cause a small voltage drop (approx. 0.6–0.7 V). Adjust your alternator's voltage regulator accordingly or use a Victron battery monitor to keep track of the actual state of charge.
