The right connection is crucial for tight seals on board: This angled hose connection from Vetus routes hoses sideways to save space and is specially designed for Vetus flexible tanks type FT and rigid tanks type RT. The 90° angle saves installation space and makes pipe routing much easier, even in confined spaces within the hull.
Tip: Before drilling the hole, check the exact tank type – a flexible tank (Type FT) requires a Ø 42 mm hole, a rigid tank (Type RT) a Ø 43 mm hole. This prevents leaky connections due to a hole size that is too large or too small.
