Where ordinary hose clamps reach their limits, the Vetus Heavy Duty hose clamp reliably seals. Specifically designed for tough onboard use, it grips hoses in the range of 73 to 79 mm with uniform, vibration-resistant clamping pressure – ideal for engine cooling water, wastewater, fuel, and bilge lines.
Tip: When tightening the clamping screw, gradually increase the torque and retighten after the first hour of operation – this allows the hose to seat optimally and the connection remains permanently sealed.
