The rubber insert operates quietly, absorbs vibrations, and is reliably lubricated by the flowing water – completely without oil or grease.

Tip: When pressing in the bearing, ensure clean, burr-free contact surfaces in the stern tube. Lightly greasing the outer surface of the brass casing facilitates installation without affecting the water-lubricated function of the rubber insert.
