Reliable bearing directly in the stern tube: The Vetus RULAG rubber bearing guides your propeller shaft smoothly and with low maintenance – lubricated solely by the surrounding water. The robust brass casing sits securely in the stern tube and protects the vulcanized rubber from twisting.

Tip: When pressing in the bearing, ensure that the longitudinal grooves of the rubber insert remain clear for water flow. Vetus also offers the same RULAG bearings with an outer casing made of reinforced phenolic resin – lighter, non-corroding, and even easier to replace.
