If your shaft system doesn't allow for rigid support, the Vetus Type ZWB stern tube bearing provides an elegant solution: This free-hanging, self-aligning bearing accommodates minor angular deviations of the shaft while reliably sealing. Thanks to its double lip seal, it consistently keeps water out – even if the shaft is not perfectly aligned.

Tip: For optimal function and long service life of the lip seals, use the recommended Vetus silicone grease (DLS002) – it protects the sealing material and keeps the sealing lips supple.
