Water in, water out – safely and securely: The Vetus nylon thru-hull fitting cleanly guides cooling water, bilge water, or fresh water through the hull. Its rounded design sits flush with the hull and minimizes drag below the waterline.
Tip: Be sure to combine the thru-hull fitting with a seacock directly on the fitting – this allows you to immediately shut off the opening in an emergency. Carefully seal the sealing surface during installation with a marine-grade sealant (e.g., Sikaflex).
