Reliably protect your Yamaha outboard from galvanic corrosion: This Tecnoseal zinc anode is the suitable replacement for the original sacrificial anode on small Yamaha engines in the 2 to 4 HP class (A/B versions) as well as on the Yamaha Malta. It sacrifices itself so that gearbox housing, shaft, and propeller remain intact.

Tip: Before mounting, clean the contact surface between the anode and the engine housing until it's bare metal – only clean metal contact guarantees cathodic protection. Never apply paint or antifouling to the anode.
