Chafing at the spreader ends is one of the most common causes of torn or damaged sails. The PSP Spreader Tape reliably protects the sailcloth where it regularly comes into contact with the spreader ends during reefing or tacking – simply wound on, permanently adhesive.

Tip: Degrease the spreader surface with isopropanol before winding on – this makes the tape last significantly longer and prevents fraying at the edges.
