No more clogged floats and sticking linkages: The Philippi UTV 80 measures your tank's fill level via ultrasound – completely contactless and without a single moving part inside the tank. It is the clean, low-maintenance solution on board, especially for holding tanks and greywater tanks.
Tip: In case of heeling or choppy water while underway, the ultrasonic measurement can become inaccurate – this is due to physics. For better measurement quality even while underway, Philippi recommends the optional installation of a sound guide tube UFT. The UTV 80 is generally not suitable for fuel tanks.
