Two batteries, an alternator or a charger – and still no unwanted equalization between the banks: The Mastervolt BI 1202-S cleanly divides the charging current and keeps the starter and house batteries safely separated. The classic diode technology works maintenance-free and absolutely wear-free.
Tip: If you use a charger or regulator without automatic voltage drop compensation, manually adjust the output voltage by approx. 0.6 V – otherwise the batteries will be permanently slightly undercharged.
