Without the right tiecoat, no antifouling really adheres reliably. The Hempel Silic One Tiecoat 27450 is the specially developed primer that ensures Hempel's Silic One adheres permanently to the prepared substrate. High solids, silicone-based and moisture-curing – matched to the Silic-One system.
Tip: Always apply Hempel's Silic One to the Tiecoat within the recommended overcoating interval – this is the only way to ensure the system adhesion of the entire structure.
