Saltwater, moisture, and harsh climates are no problem for this padlock: The lock body and shackle are made of solid brass, making them permanently corrosion-resistant – ideal for use on board, in the harbor, and wherever ordinary locks quickly rust. With a long shackle of 150 mm, it also fits through bulky eyelets and fittings.
Tip: Regularly lubricate the shackle and lock mechanism with a marine-grade lubricant – this will keep the mechanism running smoothly in the long term, even with intensive saltwater exposure.
