Excessively high exhaust gas temperatures can damage the engine and exhaust system – the Bowman FC100-4074-2 reliably keeps them in the safe range. The exhaust gas water cooler mixes cooling water into the exhaust gas stream, thereby protecting flexible exhaust hoses, silencers, and hull penetrations from thermal overload. Designed for engines up to 90 kW, it fits into common propulsion installations on motorboats and sailing yachts.

Tip: When installing, check the flow rate of your cooling water pump – only a sufficient cooling water flow guarantees that the cooler performs at its best and the exhaust hose does not overheat.
