If the Course Computer Unit (CCU) and Electronic Control Unit (ECU) of your Garmin Autopilot are more than three meters apart, you will need this extension cable. It reliably connects both components and, depending on the version, bridges distances of 5, 15, or 25 meters – securely fixed thanks to integrated screw connections.
Tip: Plan for the required cable length with a bit of extra slack and lay the cable, if possible, in a cable duct or conduit to avoid chafing on the hull.
