Finally, real cooking on board, without gas cylinders and without compromises: This built-in induction hob from Sterling Power heats food, drinks and water quickly and efficiently directly in your pantry. Thanks to variable power consumption and eight power levels, it can be ideally operated via a sine wave inverter and your on-board batteries.

A pure sine wave inverter is absolutely necessary for operation – modified sine waves will damage the hob. Sterling Power recommends an inverter with at least 2000 W for the IH1, and at least 1500 W for the IH1L.
