The most powerful B2B charger Sterling has ever developed: The Saturn series transfers charging energy highly efficiently from one battery to another thanks to buck-boost technology – even across different voltage levels. Whether it's a consumer, bow thruster, or 48V propulsion battery: you can reliably power every onboard battery bank independently of shore power.
Tip: The recommended charging power of the B2B device is approximately 60% of the maximum alternator output power. For higher power outputs, it is advisable to use an optional remote control to reduce power if necessary. Also, keep an eye on the alternator temperature – it can increase due to the power demanded when operating the B2B device.
