Ensure solid, watertight deck solutions
Mounting brackets include classic deck fittings and fasteners that are often overlooked in everyday life – until they are missing.
Accurate dimensions, material, and clean installation are crucial here. Stainless steel is durable and corrosion-resistant, while brass and bronze are traditional and robust.
With the right choice, everything will be secure, clean, and permanently watertight.
Discover variants, materials, and designs built for marine use. This way, you'll find equipment that remains reliable on board – season after season.

Deine Fragen / Unsere Antworte
- What material is best for mounting brackets outdoors?
- For the cockpit, mast or railing, stainless steel V4A (1.4401) is recommended, as it reliably remains corrosion-free even with continuous salt exposure. Brass and bronze are also suitable for seawater, but are more commonly installed indoors or on classic wooden boats.
- How do I prevent the mounting from causing a leak?
- Drilled holes in the deck should always be sealed with a marine sealant before screwing on the bracket. Also, make sure that the screws and bracket are made of the same material or at least electrochemically compatible metals to prevent galvanic corrosion.
- Will a bracket for 25mm tubes fit my 1-inch railing?
- Not necessarily: 1 inch is equivalent to 25.4 mm, which, depending on the bracket's tolerance, may just fit, or result in too tight or too loose a fit. Measure the outer diameter of your tube and compare it with the specifications in the product details before ordering.
- Can I also firmly lock a swiveling bracket, or does it always remain movable?
- Most swiveling brackets can be fixed in the desired position using a wing nut or clamping screw. How firmly this locking holds varies depending on the model – for heavy devices, it's worth checking the specified load capacity and the clamping mechanism.
