Heat and moisture protection for hatches

Condensation forms due to the temperature difference between the inside and outside of rooms. Modern hulls, as well as hatches and windows, are now adequately insulated. However, the stainless steel or aluminum of the hatch or window frame acts as a bridge for this temperature difference, leading to condensation inside.

The Waterline Design heat and moisture protection counteracts the formation of condensation and keeps the interior dry.

Note: The Waterline Design heat and moisture protection must be used together with a Waterline Design blackout blind* or a Waterline Design mosquito net* of the same size.
