Sterling High Performance Regulator Pro Reg
Standard alternator regulators not only charge batteries too slowly, but also utilize only a fraction of the available battery capacity. In other words, the batteries are not fully charged. If standard isolating diodes are installed, these cause a further deterioration in charging performance.
The Sterling high-performance regulator transforms the standard alternator into a high-performance alternator with an IUoUo charging characteristic.
The Pro Reg DW variant, compared to the Pro Reg BW model, also features a temperature sensor for the alternator and is adjustable for 12V or 24V alternators. It also has alternator overheat protection.
The Pro Reg BW and Pro Reg DW are IP66 waterproof. The Pro Reg DW can optionally be connected to a 7150-7 remote control.
