Charging two batteries simultaneously – without connecting them to each other and without significant voltage loss: The Argofet 200-2 from Victron Energy makes it possible. Thanks to modern FET technology, it reliably separates the starter and leisure batteries from each other, with almost no voltage drop.
Tip: To ensure your charge controller or alternator regulator sets the correct charging voltage, Victron recommends connecting the regulator's voltage sensor directly to one of the batteries – this way, it automatically compensates for the minimal residual drop of the Argofet.
