Maximum quiet in the engine room: The Vetus Prometech Double is the most powerful sound insulation panel in the Vetus product line. Two superimposed insulation layers absorb engine noise more effectively than single-layer alternatives – and at the same time offer high fire safety according to BS 476.
Tip: Thoroughly degrease and wipe dry the substrate before bonding – this maximises the adhesive strength of the acrylic adhesive and prevents the panels from detaching at sustained engine room temperatures.
