Two tasks, one component: The Vetus propeller shaft anode nut secures the propeller shaft and actively protects it from galvanic corrosion at the same time. The integrated zinc anode sacrifices itself instead of the metal of your shaft – for a longer service life of the entire drivetrain.

Tip: The zinc anode is considered consumed when approximately 50% of its volume has been eroded. Replace it in good time before the base metal of the nut or the shaft itself is attacked.
